Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to the bank account provided by the customer.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are not refunded

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged only for an equivalent item of the same value, subject to availability.
